After receiving my Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, I went to work in Houston as a criminal prosecutor for the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. In 2001, I relocated to Denver to work with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Through my work there I realized that the best way to protect seniors and families was through planning. So, in 2011, I set up my own practice to guide families through the legal processes of estate planning, conservatorship, and guardianship, probate and trust administration. Today, I focus all of my time and energy on providing personalized legal counsel and support to my clients when they need it most.
Establishing a will is easier than you think, and it can help you protect and pass on the assets you value most.
Creating a trust can ensure that your family is protected financially and help them avoid the probate process.
If you become incapacitated, advance healthcare directives allow you to outline specific guidelines for treatment.
When my mother no longer could speak for herself Tracy made sure my mother's final wishes were carried out. Tracy was there when everyone else failed.
Tracy and her staff guided me through the options and provided exception[al] service and expertise. I would highly recommend The Tirey Law Firm for any estate planning needs.
Wonderful experience. Tracy is knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and willing to answer any questions that come up.
